There are two options, you can fill out the “Quick Quote” form at the bottom of the home and service pages and receive an estimate or the “Exact Quote”

We emphasize our protective measures by bringing quality materials such as Furniture Pads, Commercial Bins, Wardrobes, TV boxes, Picture Boxes, Shrink Wrap, Mattress Bags and Dollies. 

The estimated time depends on the size, the distance, amount of items to be moved and additional services requested.

 

Most local moves are between 3 to 5 hours.

Yes. Our crews emphasize communication when handling fragile or valuable items. We use scrap cardboard if necessary to protect glass and additional padding in our boxes to protect items such as Glass, Picture Frames etc.

You can cancel up to 48 hours prior to your moving date and we will refund the full deposit. We will also be able to reschedule if necessary.

We accommodate the vehicle depending on the move size, which makes it important to be as thorough as possible when filling out your quote. We range from 14 to 26 ft box trucks and for smaller moves sprinter or cargo vans.

Pricing And Moving Details

The price of the move is calculated by taking factors into account such as distance, size, items and additional services requested.

Yes we provide free, no-obligation estimates, assuring customers of transparency in our services.

Yes, initial deposit is required. Initial deposit depends on the size of your move. We accept Cash, Debit or Credit, Cashapp, Venmo or Zelle whatever suits you best.

A fully refundable deposit is required to secure your move-in date and time. Remaining balance is due on or before move-in day.

Yes, for special services such as packing of fragile objects, the dissasembly of large furniture or the handling of heavy objects.

Yes we apply differentiated rates for both, being that there are more considerations in larger-distance jobs.

Before And After My Move

Once you secure your move-in date you choose which time slot is best for the crew to arrive. Our foreman will contact you 30 minutes prior to the arrival window specified to update you on their eta.

Yes it is recommended that you are present for the duration of the move. In case a situation arises where you can’t stay, we recommend letting the foreman know before-hand in case he has any questions as far as what they are taking or leaving behind for you.

Ways to prepare before-hand include seperating personal items from items being moved, seperating any fragile items that require attention, emptying drawers, tape any open boxes if possible, and unplugging appliances.

Suggestions will be provided such as being present at the destination, maintaining open communication with team throughout the process and keeping any pets out of the walking paths to ensure a smooth transaction.

Suggestions will be provided such as keeping personal belongings separate, having an inventory list of items to move, making sure you have access to property keys, and having any required forms of payment ready.
